EXPERIENCE

Several generations and more than 20 years of experience

LAND began long before its founder, Pedro Passanha, decided to become a benchmark in the estate segment in Portugal. It began five generations ago, in one of the Portuguese families with the longest history of farming in Portugal.

From this proximity to the agricultural sector in the country, especially in the Alentejo, we realised that there was a great difficulty in finding real estate professionals who truly had knowledge of the sector. We combined a lifetime of experience with relationships built up over time and knowledge of the nuances of investing in the Alentejo, and decided to be the point of trust between those who want to sell a property and those who want to invest in it. We've been in the business for over 20 years, working directly with most of the major groups that have invested in the Alentejo with a very high success rate.

This is the region where we have spent an important part of our lives, so we know the specifics of everything that happens here. It's a pleasure for us to share what we know about our home, our LAND.
